When the Ps3 was at 600,the losses were around $230 per unit.With the manufacturing costs having gone down,it makes no sense why they would be loosing MORE right now,especially since the author of the article admits their gaming division lost a whole billion LESS than it did the previous year

because I guarantee you;When you have to call Xbox customer service for the umpteenth time,to deal with the same issue over and over again,you'll know that they need some SERIOUS re-organization and training when it comes to customer service.
And that is true;As a person who's been through the RROD,I can say without a doubt that the Xbox customer service needs to do an 180,period.
